  BMW High Wycombe, have been a huge help to myself and their service has been by far one of the best experiences I've had with any car dealership. A special mention and THANKS to Roger Davidson, in the Service Department, who helped me arrange my car service, repair and sorted me out with a lovely 3 Series whilst mine was in workshop.   Got to say that the service at this BMW centre has been absolutely first class. I bought a second hand 2012 5 series 6 months ago from a private seller and shortly after I took it here and they were very helpful in helping me find out more about the service history. I then came back this week to put it in for a service and MOT and for an engine management light issue and everybody from the meet and greeter, to the receptionist to the guy who dropped me at the station and John, my consultant were an absolute pleasure to deal with. John kept me informed of the status of the work all week and really did a fantastic job of sorting out the bill with the warranty people going out of his way to chase other (non BMW) service centres for the extra info required. My car was then made available to me fixed, washed and cleaned inside and out. I really get frustrated by poor service but I have to say that everybody at High Wycombe BMW is on the same page and I think credit where it's due, this how to retain customers for life! Good job!
