Excellent customer service. I've been EE customer for quite a few years and never faced any real problems. Any problems I did have I just pop in into the store and they sort it out straight away.

Yes, they're busy. But a lot of business shows who's got the largest and fastest network. So it's worth the wait and they do spend time with you so once you're served you are taken care of. Thank you!
